Take time to look after yourself  

Setting aside one hour each week to focus on yourself and your wellbeing and health can prove very beneficial.

Sometimes we need a calm space and time where we can release pent up stress and emotions, recharge energy and refocus our priorities and further develop our personal vision for our life.


This online course consists of 4 one-hour sessions from 6-7pm on Tuesday evenings. There will be a maximum of 6 participants online joining via video web conferencing.

An experienced Chi Practitioner will guide you through this calming, recharging and revitalising course including:

  1. Chanting and moving energy through sound

  2. Chi Movements to move, clear and recharge energy within and around your body

  3. Chi Meditation to calm and clear the mind

  4. Chi Concepts for a brighter and more positive mind and body

This is a course for beginners and also those who wish to practise and connect with an experienced Chi Practitioner.

In addition, outside of class times you will have access to online video and audio resources to support your practise at home and further develop the themes raised in each session.


Dates for each 4 week course are as follows and cost £45 for each monthly block:

1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December 2020

5th, 12th, 19th and 26th January 2021
